Lightning Tendrils not proccing Elemental Overload

Tested it on a boss where I definitely procced multiple crits on the 3rd wave. No EO....

" Works fine for me. Testing Lightning Tendrils against some monsters on the Coast brought up the diamond under the icon on the skill bar. There is a long-standing issue where the damage increase from EO doesn't show up in the skill's tooltip or on the character sheet, though. |
