Measured Retalation + No Forgiveness

Hi. It feels like Measured Retaliation + No Forgiveness aiont are not stacking properly. I get a lot fewer procs after spending a lot of currency on that enchantment. Please fix it if it is a bug :(

Wanted to bump this, via my testing, this is 100% bugged. It overrides and uses only the 20% from "No Forgiveness"
Removing the anoint very clearly increases the repeat procs - pretty huge bummer at the moment |

Ah I saw this too late, already made my own thread. Still, bump on this since I really want to get this fixed, I want my build to feel good again.
