Socket & Quality Currency Automation

Am I going insane, or is the socket and quality currency automation they added last league, where you hold control + left click to continuously apply the currencies to the item, taken out of the game already/disabled? It's not working for me but I don't see any one else talking about it yet.

Hey, thank god I'm not the only one, I have the exact same problem. Can't figure out how to use it, maybe the shortkey changed? Sadly there doesn't seem to be any recent information, nor did a lot of other people complaining...
