Canceling a currency order causes you to lose the currency you were offering in the order

I canceled an order I had open and after canceling it all the currency I was offering in the order disappeared from my stash.

" Had you retrieved your unspent on trade currency from Faustus? He takes it away from stash when you set up trade, and on cancel you need to take currency back from him (same as with success). |

Thank you - I didn't realize the trade item was interactive ( didn't know I had to click my currency on the canceled trade to get it back) wasn't very intuitive, your tip got me there though, thank you!!
