Is OVEREXERTION Working on DPS ?

When i use my warcry to exert my main skill, there is no %more dmg added to it from the exerts, the war cry buffs work, but might be bugged, for example when i battlemagy cry it gives the crit bonus chance but not actual dps bonus ?

The sesmic cry clearly adds the %more aoe on the skill, but again, nothing on dps...

Is it working on all other tooltips except dmg ?

If not how to test it ? cause its still not in pob sadly...

pls help. i want to know if im actually using the exerted attacks or not...so i dont have socketed gems for nothing. UNGA tyvm
