Suggested change to tincture mastery

I’d like a modification to the tincture mastery that turn off tincture when you have 12 or more mana burn stacks.
The suggested change is to add: you can no longer cancel tincture effect manually.
This would help prevent insta cancel if you missclick/spamclick.
