Advice on old character

Hey, I recently started playing again, and I'd like some guidance on where to go, which build to aim for etc. General advice :)

I have 11 respec points available at the moment,.

Current Items:


I don't have a plan, so what can you tell me from this? Should I scrap the character, and create a new one? Or can I save it and still have some fun with it? I feel he's not very powerful. I have about 50% phys reduction, and 75% resist to elements, yet I still feel like I'm not that tanky. 1.4k hp. and no damage output. Help? :)
