Vaal Blight good with chaos builds for bossing?

I'm thinking about using vaal blight to increase boss damage taken for my chaos build. Does this work well? I haven't seen it in many other chaos builds.

If it does work, does it make sense to support it with increased duration? Any other support gems that are viable?
