Hold Alt while hovering over the amulet for advanced details, and look at what tags the modifiers have.

I'm going to assume that you're talking about the Replica Dragonfang's Flight your Elementalist is equipped with. Holding Alt over it will show that only two modifiers have tags: the implicit modifier for +all attributes, and the explicit modifier for +elemental resistances.

You cannot boost the "reduced attribute requirements" or "increased reservation efficiency" of Replica Dragonfang's Flight with catalysts.
