#12 Bug - Omen of Amelioration not getting consumed.

If you die in an instance and have an Omen of Amelioration consumed, when you then put another into your inventory and die in the same instance the second Omen of Amelioration will not get consumed and you will lose 10% experience.

Only one omen per instance can be used. The description of the omen notes this.
