Flaring Allflame Ember of Scientists Bug unable to drop after 60 Heist boss kills.

Playing SSF I have killed all the bosses over 50 times and this Allflame is not dropping the average drop is 1/5 kills for most people.

Quest line bug? please investigate this is a little unnecessary.

I'm at about 20 kills on SSF myself (Xbox)

I did aroud a dozens. I got one at the very start. None since then.

I did 10 and started to investigate because of no drops. SSF/PC
