Imbued anarchy didn't work, no fractured items dropped.

So im playing SSF and i tried to farm some fractured items with the Horned Scarab of Awakening to use the imbued anarchy craft on the map device.

I also used every single anarchy node on the atlas tree other than "Rogue Trader".

And lastly, i used 1 Anarchy Scarab, Anarchy Scarab of Partnership and Anarchy Scarab of Gigantification.

AFter ALL of this, out of all of the rogue exiles in the area, not a SINGLE fractured item was dropped.
