QoL for Headhunter buffs( remove ShroudWalker)

Please remove the Shroudwalker buff from the pool of rare modifiers that can be absorbed as a buff by the headhunter belt. This rare modifier provides you with such a negative gameplay mechanic as it has little to no cooldown and gets you killed quite a bit. For Example if you are doing an abyss as a ranged character shooting them from slightly outside the spawn point of the mobs and you get shroudwalker you will now teleport into the middle of the spawn point, and if you try to run out of the middle to get away you are near instantly teleported right back to the middle of the horde. The only current "work around" to this is hoping you can run away far from the horde to take off your belt and get rid of the mod along with all other mods you have which can not be done in near all instances since it will be decently laggy and monsters will spawn frequently even after you instantly kill the previous one. I find this belt not needing such a needlessly negative aspect to its QoL and having to use the above workaround should not have to be done. You as the player should never not have control of your character placement to such a degree as this mod provides.

Why not? It would be a positive change to the game. Godly chase uniques are vital to the health of the game. HH is supposed to be a godly chase unique, but it's barely holding onto that status as it is; it's nowhere near where it ought to be, and with the nerf to soul eater it's getting worse, so it could really use a significant buff.
