Why Ashes of the starts Quality bonus not working on support gems?

It's saying - " to +20-30 quality of all skills gems"
Not mentioned - "All active skill gems" As for me "All skills gems" also means supports gems. Since reservation effi was removed since last patch - why supports skills gems not getting quality boost from amulet? What the point of Ashes - without supports boosted quality and without reservation? Last bumped on Jan 5, 2024, 11:21:28 AM

A support gem is not a skill gem plain and simple. Skill gems grant a skill, support gems do not grant a skill. The wording would have to be changed to + to quality of all gems.

Exceptions not the rule. Ashes is working as intended unless they change they wording.

Becase most supports get a great benefit from that Quality boost, while many active skill gems in most builds(90% auras,totems - protector/warchief) - not get any benefit from Ashes. I hope GGG will add bonus to supports in 1-2 next leagues,after removing reservation mana effect - its sounds legit. |
