Had the same problem. Am lvl 94 and only yesterday found him.
The idea was to move diagonally from the start point and avoid any wisps. But now i need to find The Primal Huntress to get the skill points) |

Ya this is kind of a nightmare for hcssf players.
Its hard enough on hc trade. every time you die you have to redo the quests. |

There is a way to deterministically find it. for like 12 hours straight theres a dude selling the king thing in hc trade, he has 0 breaks and posts every 15 minutes that hes selling it
no one is giving out these secrets though |
