endurance charges

No sure if this has be asked before, if I have +3 minimum endurance changes from two rings and amulet but my shield has -1 maximum endurance changes, ignoring the passive tree or other jewels for now, how many endurance charges do I have without using any skill or flask?

Your max endurance charges being 2 will override the 3 min you have.

When minimum charges and maximum charges conflict, maximum charges takes precedence--so that you can't ignore -maximum charge modifiers, or neglect picking up more +maximum charge modifiers.

For the example you put forth: you would be at your maximum of 2 endurance charges.

Why not the other way round that 3 min override the 2 max?

Because thats how the devs coded it.
