Tattoo of the ramako makanga + warrior's tale bug ?

i just bought a second Tattoo of the ramako makanga and yesterday the first i bought was displaying "skills fire 2 additional projectiles" (in radius of the warrior tales) and was at 7 "number of arrows to fire" but when i put the second one i'm still at 7 arrows and the first one now display "skills fire an additional arrow" so 14 divs for 8% less projectiles speed feels bad ngl. is it a bug or intended ?

Sounds like you've added a Timeless Jewel to your build recently?

Timeless Jewels have a line stating "Passives in Radius are Conquered by..." If you hold Alt over the jewel, it will explain that Conquered passives cannot be modified by other jewels.

A tattoo in the range of a Timeless Jewel will not be affected by Warrior's Tale.
