Import character to POB doesn't work

I'm running a RF and it's very hard to build properly (see all the damage) without POB. But everytime I try to search my account name in there, it told me that my acc is private, which is not. Is there any workaround?

Yes, I did entered the account name. M0nst4rD00b. copy or enter yield the same result.

Can confirm, your account, M0nst4rD00b, imports to PoB no issue here.
~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.
