Avenging flame scaling issue.

After PoB has been updated to finaly included support for flamewood/avenging flame. From what it appears, the skill does not scale through spell damage even though the support gem says it is a spell.

Is this a bug on PoB? Or is it actually just not scaling with spell damage.
