Born in shadows in ruthless not blinding enemies

After taking born in shadows node on ruthless saboteur, either nearby mosters do not get blinded or it doesn't show the visual indicator over them.

the same. this is not good. think i should go to trial and change 2 trickster, but it is very very disappointing that i cant play my fav class

Yeah, but it says "Nearby Enemies are blinded" and that does not seem to happen.
