It now provides "Nearby Enemies' Fire Resistance is 0% against Damage over Time while you are Stationary." New: Ramako, Sun's Light: No longer provides "+25% to Fire Damage over Time Multiplier", "25% chance to Ignite" or "Damage Penetrates 15% Fire Resistance". It now provides "Nearby Enemy Monsters' Fire Resistance against Damage over Time is -20% while you are Stationary." Is it usable now? Not bad at league start when you're super slow. Ignore altar mods and use punishment as your curse. There's still no reason to pick chieftain unless flamewood ends up being super OP or they change Tawhoa.

At least with -20 you ain't losing as much dps as before when compared to woc and two cursed.
Compare new chieftan to elementslists and you start to see why it sucks. No damage. At least it has like accessible max res and a bunch of bonus res. So baseline defenses are OK. But heavy investment chieftan just lacks to many things. He needs something. Aronhoi and ngahamu are just weird. Hinekora doesn't do much. Any build on chieftan is just better on emerging else, unless aronhui makes devour totems viable for flame wood (taunt turns are rare) |

GGG would literally quit stationary mechanic it is the most terrible mechanic in PoE if you stand for 0.5 seconds in PoE you die i dont know why they keep going for those stationary mechanics it never works in PoE

Only instant teleport skills keep the stationary buffs (flame dash, lightning warp and a few others)
