Rog mis-values Mana

So I've encountered this on numerous occassions. Rog, appears to value +Mana as a Prefix on items far above anything else. To the point when you get the option to "Reoll the affixes with the lowest modifier levels", he will keep +Mana and force reroll with higher affix tiers.

But in the example screenshot, I have T1 Regen Life per Second, and T2 Strength, with T3 Mana on a ring, and Rog offers to reroll the 2 modifiers with the lowest modifer level, opting to remove the Regen Life and Strength. Even though they outrank the Mana.

This is consistent. I can pull dozens of example screenshots. For some reason Rog loves his Mana.

Please fix.

Apologies -- I should add, this is DRASTICALLY effecting his "Reroll AFFIXES X times and chose the best". He will nearly always end up giving you +Mana. Like bare minimum 90% of the time. For me personally its been 100%, and I'm currently running an Expedition focused Atlas tree.....so many, many, many times in testing.

Modifier level is not tier.

Modifier level is the ilvl where the mod can first appear.

I did a decent bit of rog this league too and didnt notice an abnormal amount of mana so cant comment on that.

Ahhhh that makes more sense. Extremely unclear in terms of tooltip. But I can understand the system.

The "Rog heavily favors +Mana" does still stand. That one is just a case of seeing "Reroll modifiers and keep best". And either I'm exceedingly unlucky....or some 100+ times he has chosen +Mana over more valuable traits, such as +Life.

Which definitely feels like a stat weighting. But could be just a ludicrous amaount of me being unlucky.

What kind of item were you rolling? T1 mana on some items is ilvl 85, which is one of the highest ilvl requirements in the game, hence the favoring.

I'm playing SSF at the moment. I was just going for a +Life with some +Resistances. Which I'd wager would weigh higher for most builds. I can't think of many builds that favor +Mana over Life and Resistance.

Life by contrast is actually low item level. In pretty much all pieces, the same tier of mana has a much higher level than the same tier of life. The main exception is chest piece as T1 life is level 86 there.
