Does Overlord weapon skin work on sceptre？

The Vaal Orb Weapon Skin replaces the appearance of an Axe, Sword, Mace, Staff or Bow with the Vaal Orb Weapon.

The Overlord Weapon effect replaces the appearance of a Sword, Axe or Two Hand Mace with the Overlord Weapon.

Since the Vaal Orb Weapon Skin can be used on a Mace it should be able to be used on a Sceptre.
