Apply Enchantment on Corrupted Body Armour

In Harvest Crafting we can't apply an enchantment ona corrupted body armour like "Quality does not increase Defences, grants ..."

But there is on trade site some "Skin of The Lords" with enchnatments !
How is it possible ?

you use a blessing on a skin of the loyal that has the enchant.
