Uber boss drop rates are awful
I've done 80 uber exarch/eater invitations with at least half of them being 70%+ quant.
I've dropped 2 jewels. No omni, No ashes. What is the point of bossing when they drop nothing? Last bumped on May 6, 2023, 3:27:08 AM

It's because people farm hundreds of them in like an hour that GGG adjusts the drop rates based on them, can't have those people get rewarded for their efforts after all. Never mind the guys who need 10 minutes per fight, they might as well not exist.

I've done 100+ U.Maven and god knows how many U.Sirus and a few dozens of other uber pinnacle bosses. If not for the few 20-30 divs items that dropped after every 30-35 maven invitations (like awakened empower, enlighten, unique flasks) I would have lost over 100 divines by "doing the hardest contents in the game". I lost over 30+ divines on sirus fights alone becuase he never dropped anything better than a few large thread of hopes.
At this point, based on my own experience, its pure rng whether you make a bank or loose all your currency by doing ubers, which is ridiculous. Is it time for separate drop rates in SSF?
Agree fully that balancing around top 0,1% player base is plain bad for this game and community as whole. Oganized team will always have advantage in this game, even if party bonus was removed having dedicated trades and flippers in your team will make you rich enough to gear up to be killing ubers in first 8-12 hours of the league. How does that compare to a guy in top 1% that might get to do The Feared once or twice a league? |

They should just remove trade alltogether it's just toxic for the game. Because trade with good droprates provides too much power they make it pain to trade and slaughter the drop rates. The 0,1% ignore the pain with bots and compensate for the drop rates by having no live forcing GGG to slaughter the drop rates even more. It's a vicious cycle where trade is abused to quickly get power and GGG countering that by worsening the drop rates more and more. It's already at a point where you can ignore non currency loot entirely, it's infact the most efficient way to play the game. Having to run hundreds of uber bosses just to get one of their uniques can't be anything but a sad joke. Normal players can't do that even with 4 months time. If it wasn't for the no lifers nobody would even have that gear after 4 months.
