Wilma's Requital

Hello, I am playing toxic rain ballista. The build has wilma's requital in the helm slot and I recently purchased and equipped the item. After equipping I am not able to drop ballista totems for my toxic rain nor does it show I have ancestral bond allocated. Does anyone know the issues or what it could be?
