Lightning Tendrils Not Proccing Elemental Overload.

With the change to Lightning Tendrils, shouldn't the 3rd cast that always crits proc Elemental Overload? Is there something I am missing?

I had a diamond shrine in lab and it just wont proc at all. I think the keystone is bugged currently

Yes can confirm, same issue for me.

It looked like it proc'd just fine for me on a standard character.

Since Elemental Overload is tracked on a per-skill basis now, the indicator that it has activated is a diamond icon along the bottom of the skill's icon on the skill bar.

Is this working now?
