Newbie - Tanky LS Templar Build

Hi guys, i'm levelling a LS Mace/shield Templar, but it's my first char and i would really appreciate some help and tips for the build.

I tryed to make it as balanced as possible, taking elemental resist, life, armor, block physical/elemental damage an lighting damage/shock

I'm wondering if elemental equilibrim can be good in a build like this.
