Agnostic + Faithguard

Hi, I would like to ask what is the relation between Faithguard and Agnostic?

If all energy shield increasions are applied to ward, does the "set to 0" transfer over as well? If it doesn't transfer >> I will have ES set to 0 + increased ward.

If it does transfer >> Will I have increased ward set to 0 + some version of un-increased ES? Is the base ES 0? Or is it the sum of my normal quality items? Thank you.

Agnostic says "increases and reductions to max ES instead apply to Ward", not "Max ES = max Ward". Since 0 ES from Agnostic is not "100% less ES" (or at least it should not be), you can still use your ES increases for your Ward after Agnostic.
