Opulent ritual challenge still bugged?

Hi there,

I ran a map and completed the opulent rituals closer to league start and understand that this challenge was known to be bugged at the time.
However, I just ran my first map on a new character (21 Jan 2023), which happened to have opulent rituals (yay, right?), but the challenge never popped.
I did die during the second of the four ritual encounters but the challenge simply says: "Complete the final Opulent Ritual in a Map".

Is this still bugged or are there catches that are not detailed in the challenge description such as not being able to die during any of the other ritual challenges? This is frustrating given I've only encountered Opulent Rituals twice this league now while having all atlas passives allocated for chance to encounter rituals.

If it helps info-wise, the first two ritual encounters on the map were completed whilst affected by a delirium mirror.

Rngesus blessed me with my third Opulent Ritual of the league just now and the challenge finally popped after clearing all four altars without dying. No need for this thread (unless it can be confirmed that the challenge required no deaths through all four).
