Just not my Game? Maven Memory Game is to much for me

im 33 years old and i just cant seem to get used to the maven memory game
i die to it all the time even tho i know all the maven mechanics and i've beaten her but i get lost when there is so much going on on the screen and i have to complete the memory game i just dont know what to do ... I don't even bother with that fight. If i want anything that drops from her, I save currency and buy it.
I did the same thing in WoW when I played that. Certain bosses I just noped out of doing because I hated them. If you really can't complete the memory game, the easiest way is to blow some portals. Just log out when you fail the game then come back in and use the grace period to tank the explosion.

I've had that too with Uber Elder (And I really like that fight for some reason). Some fights just seemed like the difficulty got turned up to 85 rather than it's normal 10 (It wasn't, but sometimes the RNG Gods taketh away rather than giveth). Honestly, just scrap the fight at that point. It saves you a lot of headache in the long run by not giving a shit.
