Guard attack went through Inspiration + Resolve in Sanctum

Casually strolling through Sanctum and I ran into the ice attack of one of the guards. It went through my Inspiration and Resolve and killed me. Build is CI Hexblast Miner Trickster https://streamable.com/yynes8

Your inspiration was damaged in that video from 56 to 19. You can also die if you run out of HP, which appears to have happened. Resolve and inspiration do not block health damage.
