SSF Ruthless Essence crafting on rare item issue

For Screaming essence and above it's written in the description:
Right click this item then left click a normal or a RARE ITEM to apply

Or we only can apply to a normal item.

Either, have to change the description note or fix the bug (Scouring is not easy to obtain here ^^...)

Essences can only be used to upgrade to rare, and cannot be used to reroll rares. Fossils functionally do this as well, as Chaotic Resonators do not exist in this mode.

It's an intentional change, just sounds like the description may not have been updated.
