Fanaticism doesn't work with self curse temp chains

Hi GGG,

Temporal Chains currently seem to not work with the fanaticism ascendancy (instrument of zeal), even though it is clearly a buff and has a buff icon/timer on the top left. The fanatic charge does work with temp chain slower expiration, just not the buff.

As shown in the screenshot, the charge buff timer is blue for being slowed, however the fanaticism buff itself is not. Please consider fixing this as it completely kills a build concept. Thank you very much!

Such ascendancy timed effects (Heartstopper, Heart of Destruction, etc) are intentionally not modifiable.

Still makes me sad because the fanatic charges are in fact affected by temporal chains, just not the fanaticism buff.
