flesh and stone + increased blind effect

hellooo, trying to figure this out but can't see it mentioned anywhere...


does blind effect from passives also apply to the blind from flesh and stone?? or does it only apply to blinds inflicted by player(on hit or (there's also the blind from curse mastery not sure if it works on that either) skills specifically (not aura or whatever else may have inflicted it)
