"#% Chaos Damage Leeched as life" is not working with Caustic Arrow

Hello,
AS the title states "#% Chaos Damage Leeched as life" is not working with Caustic Arrow's chaos damage over time specifically. While there enemies are on caustic ground, I cannot leech life from them. Last bumped on Dec 12, 2022, 9:58:48 AM

DoT damage cannot be leeched. So its not a bug.

Leech is a property of hits. Ailments and other damage over time effects aren't hits, so they cannot leech.
