Can`t receive my unlock code

Dear Friends,
i can`t receive my unlock code to my account in game so i lost all my stash tabs and cosmetics in term i had to make a new account to play the new league 3.20.

There is a known issue with the system sending the unlock codes.
You making a new account to play will be a problem for you later since account's can't be merged.

E-mail GGG support and ask for them to manually send you an unlock code.
