Poe Failed to Connect Instance (XBOX)

Hi, I've been getting this message at least 50 times a day: ''poe failed to connect instance'', and they started after the November events update. My internet is the same as before and I've never had any problems playing Kalandra League or any other before.

''poe failed to connect instance'' when starting the game at login screen

''poe failed to connect instance'' when entering a map portal

''poe failed to connect instance'' when returning to hideout.

My internet is normal, I did tests on xbox and my nat is also open. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted the save data and nothing works.

Please help me!
