No glyphic fossil from essence delve node

Just did a Time-lost Cavern node where I didn't get a glyphic fossil. I did corrupt the essences beforehand, which I hadn't tried in delve before. One essence got corrupted into delirium + hysteria, and one essence got released, and two went unchanged. After releasing the rest of them, I got the normal essences, but no glyphic fossil

Happened on my last two nodes. I can't click on the pilar and it didn't drop from the node when done.

This just occured in my node as well. Finished the node and opened the essences, but the pillar is not able to be interacted with. No fossil.
