Animate Guardian not equipping new gloves

My animate guardian already had some Rare soldier gloves equipped but I got some Southbound unique and I used the animate guardian spell on it and the item was consumed but I don't see them on the guardian or any difference in my POB for it stating the animate guardian has it equipped.

What can I do here?

Edit: POB doesn't show Animated Guardian equipment, my fault. It probably has them on so no bug here.
