Make Spell Suppression less of a requirement to survive
Yo, can you people take a look at spell suppression. I feel the way it's right now is very bad for the game. Spell damage from monsters is so high that spell suppression is a must have on every build. Everyone you watch play is only going on about getting enough spell suppression, no matter what build. Iirc a league or so ago ziz even didn't do a boss with a tanky character, because he only had 99% suppression chance. My RF char with 5.5k hp, 90/78/78/75 res, spell block cap, and 2.4k recovery had less survivability than my poison concoction build with less than 3k hp, and only 100% spell suppression as defensive layer. Can you lower the spell damage from monsters and lower the damage reduction for spells from spell suppression to like, idk, 35% to counter the drop for incoming spell damage. It just feels bad, especially for builds that struggle to get enough spell suppression now that most of it moved to the passive tree and away on gear.

Or they could just lower monster spell damage would. that would fix a lot, especially all the degens in the game.
who really cares if suppression would get a 15% buff, not every build has access to it. |

Def not needed for every build though it was kinda dumb what they did to Melding of Flesh.
I find Max Res to be more effective than Spell Suppression. The main perk of suppression is you don't have to use a shield which almost no one does right now anyways. We all know Spell Suppression was a nerf on the high end. It feels better leveling but it's nothing compared to the old 75/75 Dodge with enough mitigation layering.
