With Ralakesh it's going to be pretty much the same, but since you can remove the Orb of Storms setup you could use an Opal or Diamond ring instead of Unset ring. You can also support your Flame Dash with Enhance for a quicker cooldown.

I was looking for a build to play on the next endless delve event. i was wondering if this build would be achievable in that event if we dont have acces to the crafting bench and to some uniques?

Well, this build does require some levels and specifically all eight ascendancy points to feel really good. While you could probably get there in some time in endless delve, I would advise against it and I'd play something that comes online earlier, given the limited nature of endless delve. It's perfectly doable, but I think you'd have an easier time with another build.

Yes, it would be 6 free seconds of onslaught built into your quicksilver flask, but you'd have to remember to stop moving every time you want to click the flask. If you use it while moving it would be wasted, so unless you get used to it, it might grow very annoying.

I'm concerned about the map clearing.. Have you tried the +1 chain mastery ?
Do you have any experience with Eye of Winter, for comparison ? Kinda looks similar to me ^^

Could it be viable to swap another gem in and keep Cracklance for bosses, like Arc, Shock nova...?

Crackling lance cannot chain unfortunately. The clear is fine, you just have to keep moving around so you keep your intensity stacks down, then Crackling Lance has quite a wide AoE. Honestly I've never found the clear to be bad, unless we compare with top tier clear skills like Tornado Shot. I haven't played Winter Orb and I haven't tested any other skill in place of Crackling Lance, I suppose you could swap it ot any other lightning skill, but then you might also have to replace Intensify support. I just think it would be just too much hassle.

Here or here for exemple. Any idea why ?

I have no idea why these people take the chain mastery. It does absolutely nothing for Crackling Lance, this skill does not have the "chaining" gem tag nor do I see any item interactions or otherwise that would change the skills behavior. The only explanation for this is that they might be gemswapping during mapping to Arc or something like that.
