What am I missing?

I ran a 20% qual Rare drox map with like one damage mod (phy to light i think). Legacy Baron Necro with zombies, spectres and skellies lasted a while but zombies weren't holding up nearly as well. Because they're so much weaker (and archnem mods) stuff isn't dying fast enough so she eventually died to something archnem related.
Took the hollow palm cycloner with 1500dex next. When he was alive he made quick work of whatever, but could not pot fast enough to keep him up - just not enough mitigation even with the 100% spell supp and armor. So I had to bring in the RF to finish. And since I can't build him like that in league, its really hard to feel motivated. Yep, totally over league play.
