Almost certain i am missing some tabs in standard

kinda hard to be sure after so many years accumulating... but i know for sure i was collecting all the different breachstone tiers and gfx since long before they were added to the fragment tab. and i cant find the tab i had em all in. there are other things i am sure are missing... but i am absolutely positive about this one; i had a tab with a bunch of different breachstone tiers and that tab no longer exists.

Hey there, Stormy_Fairweather.
Is it possible that you are hiding your Remove Only tabs? You can check this by checking your Items settings under UI in your Options menu. I'm afraid that if this doesn't help, we aren't able to track the location of items or restore them if they have been lost. I'd recommend checking over your stashes and inventories again just in case! | |

no, i dont have stash tabs hidden. and considering i am a collector, i am VERY cautious about getting rid of anything in standard. which is WHY i had a tab full of different breachstones.
losing some items is one thing. it sucks, but whatever. however... having no idea WHAT was lost, or HOW, is very concerning. i'd be more interested in a list of what i lost and a solution to preventing a repeat than i am in getting them back tbh. |

not knowing the extent that was lost is far worse than the actual lose. had someone steal a bin out of my car once, literally still finding things missing years later

ffs. i lost even more than i thought. all my krangled gear, all the srs totem build gear, i feel like i lost a dozen remove only tabs or more. but i have no idea because i been accumulating for EIGHT YEARS and somehow i have ONE remove only tab (excluding maps)? bullshit. i might be pretty good at sorting my stuff at the end of league so i dont have thousands of tabs like some people, but i KNOW i had a ton more than i do. all my premium tabs and contents are fine... so far as i can tell what vanished
HOW could this happen? WHAT could cause a bunch of my standard tabs, and contents, to poof? |

If you are missing any stashes after a migration, please ensure that 'Hide Remove-only Tabs' is unchecked in the options button at the top of your stash window and that any missing 'remove-only' stash tabs are not inside any folders you may have. If you are viewing your stash tabs through the website, please log into the game-client to refresh your account. If you are still missing stashes or progress, can you please check if you have the option to manually migrate your missing content over using the 'League Migrations' button on the character selection screen? You can check the different stashes by logging into a character that is in the league you wish to check. Also, please note, if you changed which Path of Exile game-client you were playing Path of Exile through (such as Steam or Epic Games), it may be possible that you have accidentally created a second Path of Exile account. appreciate the reply, so let me go through yer suggestions/comments one by one.
have never manually migrated. i am looking at 8 years of accumulated items, excluding sentinel league (which i barely played tbh). also, i have never hidden my remove only tabs, and can see my map tabs and one remaining remove only tab. have never looked at my stashes via the website, in game only. am not concerned with sentinel league loot until after the auto migration. only play current league and dabble in standard some. i dont play ssf, or hc (tried once, died to lag, so screw that). have not changed clients, and considering my 99 slayer from cyclone league is still there with all his gear i am certain there was not an account issue. it SEEMS to be i had a number of remove only tabs from older leagues vanish, but some of the things i lost i KNOW were in basic tabs. most of which are now completely empty. but after 8 years of accumulating items, it is EXTREMELY hard to keep track of what is what. which is why there are only a few things i am sure of... but they are things that were in standard tabs. i concede i may have nuked some of this stuff at some point while organizing... but i was collecting different icons of breachstones so i know they were somewhere separate. and while i almost certainly nuked most of my krangled gear, i DID make some that were good and would have kept for posterity if nothing else. never mind all the gear i collected/crafted for my srs popcorn totem build (i had at least half dozen different tavakuli amulets i was tinkering with for example). appreciate the attempt to help, but there is nothing on my end i can do, and nothing on yers you should (restoring items is a can of worms i FULLY understand you guys not wanting to open)... unless you guys have some way of seeing my standard stash from before the end of last league (or perhaps the one before) and comparing to see if there is maybe some pattern to what is missing. which i dont think would be technically possible, as the memory requirements to save such data for every player would exceed that of the NSA. i'd love to know what poofed, love even more to know WHY... but i think this is just gonna be like that bin from my car that was stolen all those years ago. im just gonna keep 'finding' things missing that i know i had forever. edit - i just found some of my totem srs gear on another toon i had forgotten i tried to do it with. which is great. sadly, this just damages my credibility in regards to the other things i KNOW have poofed. not that it makes any difference at all i suppose Last edited by Stormy_Fairweather#1124 on Aug 14, 2022, 8:04:50 AM
