Need help getting account unlocked

I've reached out to support, and also to Xsolla. My account has been disabled for about 48 hours now without notice. Xsolla support has not responded in over 36 hours. And it's been about 24 hours since GGG support responded. I'm not sure if I'd post my main account email here or not, but I'll put my character name and class at the bottom so you can search that way I suppose. The reason I believe the account was locked was because I cancelled the XSOLLA charge on paypal. When I used XSOLLA pay pal - it would not get to a confirmation screen. It would say there was some sort of error. I tried twice, and failed. HOWEVER, when I logged into paypal, two $20 dollar charges showed up - which I cancelled, because I got zero points from the transaction to go into my path of exile account. I then purchased via credit card, reluctantly (I don't trust 3rd party credit stuff too much, especially one operating in Russia). I've purchased $90 or more in support sentinel stuff in roughly a month of time. TWO WEEKS after I cancelled the order on pay pal, it appears points were given to my account. Then I was locked out. I'd like to resolve this. I don't mind supporting GGG, and paying another $40 for a game I enjoy. What I do NOT like is the lack of support on this issue. The fact you're using a 3rd party provider is causing this ridiculous issue in the first place. For whatever reason, reasons out of my control, XSOLLA was blocked on my paypal, yet they were able to get the charges through. My guess is because they're Russian, but again, I don't know. In the end - I want to pay the difference owed. But I cannot do that with a locked account.
