Olroth´s resolve Iron Flask does not charge

Hi POE gamemasters. I was doing my first time lair of the minotaur map.. the Olroth´s iron Flask was working as normally.. after killing the minotaur boss I got back in to my Hide out, then came back to the minotaur map.. then the flask dont charged (but it was full charged), donesn´t showed any buff and doestn work mannually.. i died 3 times trying to use the flask ^^
please fix that. i was using this character (Ary_itz)

The issue here is likely that an Exarch altar was clicked with the downside "Player gains: reduced flask effect duration, increased flask charges used".

The flask doesn't visually appear full unless you are able to use it--even if it's storing its max number of charges. Unfortunately, changes to the number of flask charges used aren't reflected on the flask's tooltip, but you can test if something like this is at fault by looking at how many charges your other flasks say they use compared to how many they actually use.
