Suppress Spell VS Endgame Bosses

could some pro help me figure out if Supprss Spell will reduce damage by half on Mave'Memory game or Sirus'Meteor?

This is a good point because it's not always clear if something is an attack or a spell on these boss fights. And I am not quite sure if memory game is any of the two.

PoEDB lists all datamined information for lots of mobs in the game. Maven and the Brain are both listed here: https://poedb.tw/us/The_Maven#TheMavenTheMaven, https://poedb.tw/us/Nucleus_of_the_Maven. All the 'Spell' tagged skills have names that suggest they are not the Brain Bomb or Memory Game, and so I think it's likely that they are coded as attacks, probably specifically to prevent people using Spell Suppress to potentially skip the one-shot mechanic.

You should be able to do the same for Sirus.
