Pick on another Diamond, please. Give them the chance to feel simultaneously arrogant, lousy, proud, privileged and eventually, inevitably, despondent. Please.

Actually I am curious as to why you went with Diamond level donation, (or anyone for that matter), since I have not heard why.

Amongst many such explanations littered around the boards...

If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

No thats... not... possible... liking two games... at once... Nooooooooooooo

I've been playing D3 while waiting for the open beta wipe. Once PoE has its final wipe, I'll probably never touch D3 again. They 'streamlined' all customization into items, then they went and screwed up item scaling about as badly as possible.

Dont get that view at all. I think theres plenty of customisation, much more so than D2 ever had. I simply dont understand where people are coming from on that score tbh, but you know to each his own I guess...

Like my monk for example I play him totally different to how my mate plays his monk. Use almost completely different skills, thats the very heart of customisation if you ask me, not selecting 2 arbitrary and ineffective stat points every level...

I think it's a case of some people finding both similar enough that they cannot justify splitting their time between games when they could have one or the other for a more full experience. If D3 and PoE each satisfy a different desire, then maybe such a split has merit.

Yes. I had something rather snarky to say about Rod's sarcasm, but I think your answer is far superior. Thanks.

You obviously didn't get very far, every class in d3 stats vit and their main stat. The rest is bad. Skill builds there are very limited options as well, much less than in d2. For most inferno after act 2 classes have only 1 option, some classes don't even have an option because they can't possibly do it.

Well but GGG is making PoE, Diablo 3 is an experience they're not creating and can fully enjoy as gamers instead of developers.
Well i just got diablo 3. And it is interesting and new. But the replay value seems like it might be short. you can skip quest and jump to further quest with buddys. and then u can come back and do other ones..thats 50/50 dont know what i think about that. Another thing is that maps and path seem very bland and you kinda feel lost while being on a map that leads you in the right direction..just a odd feeling to that game..not sure if worth 60 bucks yet or not.
Always looking for people to game with, Hit me up!! Thanks for the great game GGG..
