Help w/ COC FR Occultist

So I swapped over to COC FR Occultist and am having a bit of a hard time. I feel like my dps is slightly low and survivability is not very great. Obviously I have no mageblood or ashes amulet. My main question is what should I upgrade next? Need some thoughts on the next few upgrade pieces since I do have some Ex to blow but not sure where to start. Thanks for any feedback. Heres my POB.
