Missing 1 skill point

I am missing a single skill point, I have ALL 24 skill points from the quests.
I am level 92 so that's another 91 skill points.

My friend is running the exact same build and we use the exact same skill tree following the same guide. He on the other hand has 1 more skill point then I do.
Either I am missing a skill point or they magically gained a skill point.

Could this be looked in to?

Are you 100% sure you dont have a small passive or mastery taken that he doesnt?

Im going to assume you have done /passives already.

I have double, triple checked note by note with my friends tree in-game.
We did do /passives

I know he is 1 level higher then me, but in the bottom left side of the tree,
He already grabbed the Jewel note, and i'm not even 1 note in to there.
Which if I had the skill point i'm missing I should be then the next level (at which point I will be the same level as my friend) I should have that jewel note as well.

On the top left of the tree, there are a Reservation wheel, a Life wheel, and a Fire wheel all next to each other.

You have a +10 intellgence passive allocated connecting the life wheel with the fire wheel. Your friend refunded that passive because the path is connected the long way around still.
